Excited to Volunteer

Hi. For my first blog, I just want to share that I feel fortunate and excited to join the Planning Board and volunteer for Wakefield. Why? Because there is a lot of civic engagement and positive attention around our Town's future, our growth and livability. I am impressed with Envision Wakefield - the streetscape visioning, the larger visioning process underway, and the collaboration across Planning, Town Council, Town Hall, Appeals, and the Conservation Commission among others. I'm also encouraged by how we speak for what works in town, the future for development at the head of the lake, and many other practical and physical changes and improvements. I want to help build this vision and collaboration. Thanks!
