Please consider me for the 5-year seat on the Planning Board. I will bring energy, enthusiasm, and experience to the Planning Board to meet the next series of development challenges and opportunities, protect our Lakes, rebound from COVID, and plan ahead.
Planning is about helping people and places; it’s about how we use our land, what we build, where and why. The best planning is done collaboratively and transparently, with a positive, forward-looking purpose to ensure that our town remains livable, vibrant, inclusive and the warm place we know Wakefield to be.

WHY I AM RUNNING:
I have 23+ years housing & real estate finance, banking, community development expertise.
I am trained as a city planner; I work to help finance a wide range of community initiatives across MA and New England.
We need to expand our collaborative visioning across our town boards.
What and how we build, where, and for whom matter both for today and tomorrow.
I will be honest, transparent, and responsive to your hopes for Wakefield.
I feel fortunate that I have the opportunity in my personal and professional life to volunteer for the Town I've called home since 2003.
